Our goal is to publish photos of the general public in event settings. Photos taken by our photographers are most often posed, and the
subjects of the photos are informed of our intent before each picture is taken.

Please be aware that any information given in the form above, including but not limited to names, addresses and phone numbers, may be
published online, in print and/or otherwise made available to the general public. Only information that is intended for public view should
be included.

By submitting this form, you agree to allow SNAP to attend the event on the date and time given, with the intent of photographing
attendees for publication in print and/or online. You also agree, in the case of a private event, to inform attendees of the event above
of SNAP's intentions.

In the case of photographs of minors, it is your responsibility to obtain, through written or verbal consent, permission to publish
