Savour Whistler Book Launch

The Dubh Linn Gate held the launch of the "Savour Whistler" cookbook January 31. Featuring recipes, photos, and stories from nineteen of Whistler's best restaurants and their chefs, "Savour Whistler" is a one of a kind cookbook. The chefs were on hand at the launch to sign copies as well as share the excitement. Written by Nicole Fitzgerald, the book was started just last July and was published by Cultivate Books.
